The Indonesian Smart College Card (KIP Lecture) is a government program that has been implemented from 2020 until now. KIP Lectures are distributed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology through universities in each region. Where university gets different quota - based on level progress college. provision quotas for accreditation at raises its own problems these universities. problem faced number new prospective students who register to take Lecture exceeds set university. assistance wrong person will lead misuse also inappropriate targets. acceptance selection process can be seen previous carried out. Data mining technique used solve large data processing.
